  • A capacity for diameters between 4mm and 700mm
  • Thickness tolerance of +/- 0.001mm
  • Parallelism tolerances of 0.001mm and finer achievable
  • Surface finishes between 0.03μm Ra and 0.8μm Ra
  • The flatness of 1-2 Helium light bands achievable
  • Non-magnetic and non-metallic parts processing without costly fixturing
  • Results without clamping or chuck distortion
